The Process of Change From Animal Waste to Fertilizer Pellets

Poultry manure pellets are processed from poultry litter compost, from local and surrounding area poultry farms. The manure is processed into pellets and made from the litter, poultry waste, and other composted materials. The pellets are composed of nutrients essential for plant growth such as, Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), Potassium (K), Calcium (Ca), Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen (TKN), and many more organic substances. The change from raw manure to fertilizer pellets happens in our manure processing production line.

Why Pelletize Manure?

Manure processed into fertilizer pellets offers advantages to spreading unprocessed manure with many adverse effects such as unpleasant odors, high-cost delivery, uneven spreading, and limited application equipment. Manure pellet production is aimed at providing a solution to the problems while maintaining a green organic fertilizer pellet and increasing soil health.

The current targeted audience for Organic Works LLC is grain producing farms. The limited fertilizer options result in high demand from the rapidly growing organic producers.
